The mooring dock is an uncovered floating pier - like structure approximately 260' long by 8' wide. It is fully padded and decked with Trex decking for long life and easy maintenance. This dock could easily be outfitted with fingers to facilitate docking slips and increase boat docking capabilities.

| The gas dock actually serves several purposes.Other than being a gas dock, it houses a complete ship's store with room for a floating snack bar or ice cream shop. |

| These two docks are used mainly for customers vacationing at the resort. The dock on the right has 16 wells with 6 wells covered. The dock on the right has 4 covered wells. |
